Project brief · E-commerce

Your store, defined in detail

This document gathers everything we need to build the Peptovia store without back-and-forth. It comes pre-filled with the information you shared — flyers, price list, mockups, and references. Your job is to confirm, correct, and complete whatever is missing.

Prepared for

Peptovia Peptides

Platform

WooCommerce

Estimated time

15–20 minutes

Saving

Automatic in this browser

How it works. Type directly into the fields: everything is saved automatically in your browser, so you can close this page and come back later. Fields with a dashed border already contain our proposal based on your material — review and adjust them. When you finish, press Send answers to send everything to us, or copy it and paste it via WhatsApp or email.
01

The brand

What it's called, how it looks, and how it sounds. This defines the design of the whole store.

Name & identity

We saw two brands in your material: Peptovia and Calyx. Which one leads the store?

Brand assets

What can you provide? Check everything you have ready
Read from your stickers and flyers. Confirm, or give us the exact codes.

Store look & feel

We already have two versions of the home mockup. Which one do we follow?
02

The business

Who you sell to, where, and under what rules. This defines currency, shipping, and taxes.

Market & customer

Where do you sell?
Needed to configure WooCommerce taxes and invoices correctly.

Competitor references

These are the competitor stores you shared with us. We use them only to understand structure and features — nothing is copied. For each one, tell us what you like and what you don't.

03

The catalog

The most important part of the brief. Every product you check gets loaded into the store.

Products to publish

We took the 38 products from your price list. Uncheck what's out, correct prices, and add anything missing.

Catalog organization

Who provides the product photos?
Photography and video are not included in the development. If there are no photos, they are quoted separately.

Promotions

04

The store

Which pages it has and what visitors can do inside it.

Pages

Checked by default: the pages that appear in your mockup's menu.

Store features

05

Payments & shipping

How you get paid and how you deliver. You provide the accounts; we integrate and test.

Payment methods

Each gateway must have an official WooCommerce plugin. If it doesn't exist, that integration is out of scope.

Shipping

06

Content & legal

The store copy and the notices that protect your operation.

Legal notice

Translated from your flyers. Confirm this is the approved wording.

Editorial content

Educational content you already have ready
Development includes one language. A second one is quoted separately.
07

Who delivers what

The part that delays projects the most. Put a date on each deliverable and there will be no surprises.

Owners

For each deliverable, mark who is responsible for providing it: I deliver it (you, the client), Arista delivers it (our team), or Not defined yet if it still needs to be discussed.

Tell us how and when each undefined item will be resolved, and who is in charge of following it up.

About the images — important

All the visual material you have shared so far — flyers, stickers, mockups, competitor screenshots — is treated as direction reference, not as final files to publish. Screenshots of other brands help us understand structure and functionality; they are never used in your store.
